What a pleasure it was to photograph this beautiful family again! The Lanes are as easygoing as they are coordinated. Lindsay does well with her last-minute photo session wardrobe shopping, don’t you think? Denim and a touch of color are just the ticket for standing out in this green and woodsy location.
Ariana, now two years old, was not sure what to make of our great outdoor experience when we drove down the oak-lined driveway for Boone Hall family photos. (Check out the first photo below to see the tentative toddler.) Thankfully, after a little tree climbing and a few spring flings holding her parents’ hands, her twinkly eyes and big grins took over, and we had a blast. She plucked weeds, played peek-a-boo and investigated oyster shells, which is proof that my Boone Hall photography pass makes it so easy for kids to be kids.
If you don’t mind swatting a few no-see-ums during a Lowcountry magic hour, contact me to schedule your own portrait session at this storied location made famous in “The Notebook.” See more Boone Hall sessions, including wedding-related ones, by clicking here.
