Sailor Scores First Mate | {Wedding}
Posted on April 15, 2010
What a magnificent day. And I was just the photographer! The beautiful couple, their gracious families, their closest friends and the idyllic spring weather all combined for a picture-perfect Southern wedding. The ceremony at Mount Pleasant Presbyterian Church was followed by a reception a few blocks down the street at the Old Village Post House.

love ‘butterflies’!
Stunning…great job with this wedding.
Thanks for the kind words. Do you know I haven’t even seen Wedding Crashers? Better rent it pronto. In the name of research. (Their last name is Sailor. As JenSmith, I can only dream of having a whimsical last name!)
Her dress is just gorgeous!! The title of the blog post reminded me of Wedding Crashers and made me smile
Love the one of the mom fixing her boy’s cute outfit. So sweet!
Very nice set of images. your photography really shows how fun this wedding must have been. walking band shot is awesome
And I didn’t even know it’s called a hooter! Lots easier to tote than his upright bass. Great band based here in Charleston: Triple Lindy.
Lovely capture.
Never seen a hooter at a wedding before. That’s awesome. I wish I could hear the band!!! That shoe shot is perfect. Love the clock. Great B&W conversion as well.
Love the captions with the photos! The shot of the band walking away is killer. Great job handling less than perfect light.
Awesome pictures! I love especially that high-key black and white shot!! =)
